Teachers see it.
It doesn't get captured.

Children in the 1–4 age range spend 7–8 hours a day in childcare. In that time, teachers observe emotional patterns, social behavior, language development, confidence, and what a child is drawn to. Most of it never gets written down.

A few photos. Some activity descriptions. A milestone checklist. These rarely connect into a picture of who that child is becoming. That gap matters even more when something is off. Parents want to know more. Teachers often do know more. But that knowledge stays in memory and conversation, not in a usable record.

Peekabloom is built to close that gap. Teachers capture a quick voice note; we handle the rest: structured observations, child profile updates, curriculum tagging, and clear summaries for parents and directors.

We're piloting with licensed childcare centres in the GTA. If you're a director interested in seeing how this could work for your team, reach out.
